TSMART MARKET TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement. By accessing this website or using any service provided herein, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please read the entire agreement carefully before accepting these terms.

The services (defined below) are provided by TSmart Market on an online wholesale platform where suppliers (defined below) list their food, beverage, home care, and personal care products (defined below), and buyers (defined below) obtain information about and make bulk purchase transactions. You understand and agree that TSmart Market (as defined below) is not a party to any contract between suppliers and buyers and that TSmart Market is not a distributor, agent, broker, or insurance company.

You acknowledge and agree that TSmart Market has no control over suppliers, buyers, and any users of this site or the services, and is not liable in this regard.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Agreement” refers to this Terms of Use Agreement accessible from https://tsmartmarket.com and which TSmart Market may amend unilaterally and at its sole discretion from time to time. TSmart Market reserves the right to unilaterally change the address of the web page where the agreement is located.

“Product” refers to food, beverage, home care, or personal care products listed by suppliers and available for wholesale purchase on the site.

“Order Confirmation” means the official acceptance by a supplier of an order made by a buyer.

“Order Request” means the request made by the buyer for an order prior to such order.

“Business Day” means the days when Turkish banks are open.

“Cancellation and Change Option” has the meaning ascribed in Section – 7 of this Agreement.

“Cancellation and Change Conditions” means the order cancellation and change rules described in Section – 7 of this Agreement.

“Delivery” means the moment when the products are delivered to the buyer by the supplier in relation to an approved order request.

“Return Policy” refers to the conditions under which buyers can return products to suppliers, as detailed in Section – 8 of this Agreement.

“Content” means all information, images, and product details provided by suppliers and TSmart Market.

“External Account” has the meaning ascribed in Section – 3 of this Agreement.
